in this armor icon set, are there pants / boots ?
Unfortunately no, although I'm including it on my recent sets. Youcan find it on my profile :)
How many icons total is the Raven Fantasy **HD** $20.00 bundle (that includes all the Raven Fantasy **HD** items) ?
That's a good question, I never calculated it, but it's probably around 3 to 5 thousand icons, including recolors.
I am looking at https://itch.io/s/93609/raven-fantasy-hd-icons-full-collection in particular. Are most of the sets 15 uniques x 10 recolors ?
Most. 16+ recolors although some have more uniques
Are we allowed to combine all of the packs into a big Icon sheet along with ones we already have(originals/from other creators)?
