hello sonun, 16 bit essentially means that can be at maximus 256 colors if im sure which currently has. The art is made with a quite limited palette. Further the term "16 style" in this case is more of a direction to the colors and art style i used in the process.

16x16.png is the same size as 64x64.png.
The 16x16.png file is wrong.
Please confirm.
